Fowler Performance
This is truly bringing art home.
As a child, my baachan (grandma), lived in Fowler, California. That is, until 1942. She and her family, and all the Japanese American families were forced to leave during World War II. She lived instead in a concentration camp in Gila River, Arizona. I am especially honored to be invited to perform this show in Fowler this October.
